1. Open Photoshop
2. Click on “Open”
3. Select the file you want to edit
4. Click “Image” and “Image Size”
5. Look for resolution and change the number to the resolution/dpi you want, then click “OK”
6. Go to “File” and “Save”
7. Click “OK”
